    • Mental health therapy is considered a medical service so a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account is an acceptable form of payment

  • The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, the severity of symptoms, and your personal pace. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy (6–12 sessions) while others prefer a longer-term therapeutic relationship. We will discuss your needs during your initial sessions and tailor a plan that works best for you.

  • Your first session is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, learn about your history, and clarify your therapy goals. We will talk through what brings you in, and you’ll have time to ask questions and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit.

  • Yes, we offer:

    • Virtual therapy using our HIPPA compliant platform SimplePractice

  • You can schedule online through our website or contact our office directly. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with forms and information to get started.


  • Yes. I ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you cancel within 24 hours or there is a no call/ no show, there is a late cancellation charge of 50% of the session fee.

    Exceptions are made if you're sick or have other unexpected barriers keeping you from attending your session.
