Her versatility extends to her ability to connect with diverse demographics, with a special emphasis on Latino populations. She adeptly engages with youth, adolescents, and adults from all racial and ethnic backgrounds, fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.
Ally Pananas

Ally’s experience as a therapist includes working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and childhood abuse, as well as those who struggle with suicidal ideation, self-harm, substance use, depression, dissociation, panic attacks, and other symptoms of PTSD. She has experience with a wide range of ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular passion for supporting adolescents as they navigate deep healing while managing everyday stressors. Creating a safe space for every identity is of the utmost importance to Ally, and she is committed to practicing from a multicultural, inclusive, and affirming lens.
Laura Perkins

Grief Therapist
As a Certified Thanatologist and Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Laura provides understanding, knowledge, and compassionate support while coming alongside those experiencing grief and loss. Laura recognizes that each loss is unique and everyone grieves differently. With this in mind, Laura’s gentle, warm and understanding approach serves to provide clients with what they need to address their grief, taking into account past losses, trauma, personality, family dynamics, and core beliefs. Laura normalizes each person’s experience of grief while acknowledging that no two worlds shatter in the same way when someone dies.
